We have developed and are currently developing in-house e-learning programs for Globe Telecom. The programs are used by Globe employees and include modules on employee orientation, safety, technology, customer service, and executive training. By way of our current engagement, we are also helping Globe establish its own standards for e-learning that are at par with international best practices. Our engagements with Globe started in June 2005. To date, we have completed/developing a total of nine (9) e-learning programs, with seat-time of approximately 60 hours.

Our engagement with Boysen which began on January 2006 is 3-tier: (1) we are providing the company with a customized Learning and Performance Management System; (2) we are conducting in-house workshops to the company's trainers and HR personnel with the end-goal of enabling them to develop their own e-learning programs; and (3) we are developing interactive games and simulations which will be used in the company's e-learning programs. The interactivities are on the topics of employee orientation, safety, and production processes.

We have completed a 60-hour comprehensive e-learning program for Medical Coding and Billing. The program will primarily be used to train employees, clients, and subcontractors of the company. Likewise, the program is to be offered to prospective students through the company's network of schools in the US and the Philippines.

We are the exclusive distributor of the company's English Literacy programs in the Philippines and selectively in Southeast Asia.
