Our Team's Qualifications
Our Content Development Team consists of e-Learning Specialists and Consultants who have more than five (5) years of combined professional work experience in developing and implementing e-learning programs for corporate clients in the United States, United Kingdom, and Asia. In various capacities, our team were engaged in the development and implementation of e-learning programs of different magnitudes and scope, ranging from one-module projects for 100 learners to huge 250-module projects for 10,000 users.
Our Instructional Designers are adept at developing web-based learning content using the latest graphic and interactive web technologies. We support streaming video, animation, and multimedia presentations to make online learning engaging and fun.
In our instructional designs, we deliberately choose to be guided by a learning philosophy that recognizes:
- different types of learners require different learning approaches and methods;
- the same learner will behave differently under different environments;
- online behavior is distinct from classroom-based behavior;
- in achieving learning objectives, technology comes second only to good course design; and finally,
- corporate training programs must serve to achieve business objectives.
